Terms and conditions
1. What MERGER is
MERGER is a website with three parts. For each share, the book reads the tokens that Robinhood, xStocks, Ondo, Binance bStocks and Coinbase issue, divides each price by its issuer's multiplier and sets them against one reference price. The desk runs in your browser: it creates a one-time position account, funds it from shielded ZEC through NEAR Intents 1Click, buys Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain through Uniswap and exits to a fresh shielded address. Receipts let you share a position on X as a mix by percentage, with a size band if you add one.
MERGER runs no contract of its own in the book, the desk or the rail, and never holds your keys or your funds.
2. The token
$MERGER is a fair launch on Pons, the launchpad on Robinhood Chain: no presale, no private round, no team allocation before the curve, and everyone buys from the same curve on the same terms. Pons locks the liquidity when the curve graduates; that is the venue's rule, and MERGER cannot change it.
MERGER publishes the contract address on the token page. Treat any other address offered as $MERGER as someone else's. $MERGER: issuance pending.
$MERGER pays holders nothing: no yield, no dividend and no share of fees. It gives no claim on the book, on any Stock Token or on anyone's position.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing on this site, in the docs or on X is investment, legal or tax advice. MERGER promises no return. $MERGER and every asset in the book can lose all of their value. You decide, and you carry the outcome.
4. Risk
- Smart contracts. MERGER deploys no contract of its own and has had no external audit. It relies on contracts it does not run: Uniswap's SwapRouter02 and Universal Router for the desk's swaps, the Omni Bridge contracts behind the rail, each issuer's token contract and the Pons contracts $MERGER launches through. Any of them can fail, be exploited or be paused.
- Browser-held key. The position key exists in your browser, encrypted under your passphrase. Opening the account takes both the passphrase and the keystore (the saved file, or this browser's copy). Lose the passphrase alone, or the keystore, and the position is gone unless you revealed the key and wrote it down; nobody, MERGER included, can recover it. Malware or a hostile browser extension on your device can read what the page reads.
- The rail. NEAR Intents 1Click and its solvers convert ZEC to ETH or USDG on Robinhood Chain and back. Its operator screens live quotes and can freeze or refund by hand. Its terms carry no obligation to reverse, retry or refund a transaction (section 12.4), and manual refunds can take days. Any excess on a deposit returns to your refund address, on a successful swap too, less the rail's refund fee. Each quote carries the rail's fee, 20 bps on keyless quotes on 2026-09-28 UTC, which the desk reads from the echoed quote before you send.
- Issuers. Robinhood's Stock Tokens are debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. Every other token in the book is a claim on its own issuer, under that issuer's terms. An issuer can pause a token, change its multiplier or fail.
- Reference rows are not routes. The desk buys Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain. Rows from other issuers are there for comparison, and the desk cannot trade them.
- Parity. Tokens of one share from different issuers are separate claims. Their prices can drift apart and stay apart, and a gap in the book is no arbitrage you can close for free.
- Execution. A quote is not a fill. Pools can be thin and prices move between quote and trade. A swap that would fill below its minimum out reverts, and you still pay its gas.
- Chain. Robinhood Chain, its sequencer and the RPC providers can stop, lag or give wrong answers. MERGER has not measured how the sequencer orders transactions.
- Data. A source can answer late or wrong. The book marks what it cannot read, and every figure shows its age.
5. Eligibility
Stock Tokens are not offered to US persons and are restricted in Canada, the UK and Switzerland. That rule is yours to keep: do not use the desk where it applies to you.
You are responsible for the laws where you live. MERGER does not serve sanctioned persons or restricted jurisdictions. You are of legal age where you are.
Robinhood Chain's terms (section 2.4) bind you not to misrepresent or obscure your identity. The desk unlinks one of your wallets from an account you also own. It changes nothing about who you are to a lawful request.
6. No custody
The site never holds keys or funds. Your browser creates the position key, keeps it encrypted on your device and signs every transaction there.
MERGER's server stores receipts (the fields listed in the docs), one-use markers for proof posts and rate-limit counts keyed by a hash of the IP address. A receipt holds no address of any kind. The server never receives your private key, your passphrase or your keystore.
7. Third-party rails and services
MERGER relies on services it does not run: NEAR Intents 1Click, operated by Intents Technology Limited, for the rail; Uniswap pools on Robinhood Chain for swaps; Chainlink feeds for reference prices; the Robinhood registry, issuer APIs, DexScreener, exchanges and CoinGecko for book data; X's oEmbed endpoint for proof of post; and Vercel for hosting. Each has its own terms, and each can change, fail or stop answering. When a source stops, the site shows it as unread.
8. No affiliation
MERGER is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with Robinhood Markets, Inc., Electric Coin Co., the Zcash Foundation, ZODL, NEAR, or any token issuer shown in the book.
MERGER is also not affiliated with X Corp., Uniswap Labs, Chainlink Labs, Kalshi or Polymarket. The site names Zodl, Zingo, Zkool, Vizor and Cake as wallets that work with Zcash, without endorsement in either direction.
9. Intellectual property
The MERGER name, mark, site code and copy belong to the project. Token names, tickers and marks in the book belong to their issuers, and MERGER uses them to identify the tokens. MERGER names Zcash to describe what the desk works with, under the Zcash trademark policy.
10. Changes and contact
These terms can change, and the date at the top is the version. MERGER will name its official X account here.
11. Ledger line
Live on this site: the merged book, the rail quote and receipts, each read from the source it names. $MERGER: issuance pending.
