The rules

Weight

weight = amount x multiplier. The multiplier is 1.0x from day 0, 1.5x from day 7 and 2.0x from day 30 of holding.

Holding time

Estimated FIFO from the token's Transfer logs on Robinhood Chain: tokens that leave a wallet are taken from its oldest lot, so selling resets the clock for what moved and leaves the rest as it was.

The snapshot

Each cycle reads every $MERRGER balance at one block, ranks holders by weight and pays the twenty highest. Rank 21 is paid nothing that cycle.

Left out

The dead and zero addresses, the pool, the launchpad's contracts, the launch wallet and the rewards wallet itself are never ranked. A balance under the dust floor is left out too; the floor a cycle used is in its receipt.

The share

Each of the twenty gets its weight divided by the sum of the twenty weights, times the cycle budget, capped per address. One ETH transfer each, then a public receipt.

The budget

A fixed amount of ETH or a percentage of the vault balance, under a cap per cycle and a cap per address. The rule each cycle used is written in its receipt.

Funding is discretionary and can stop. Rewards depend entirely on what the wallet is funded with and can be zero. Nothing here is a return, a rate or a promise: a cycle pays what the wallet holds under its rule that day, and a wallet funded with nothing pays nothing.
